In 2001, our founder Jeff Lindhardt Sweetwater Construction as a sole proprietor from a modest office at the southeast corner of 7200 South and 300 West in Midvale, with the company officially incorporated in 2016. We are now located at 1369 E. Hindley Lane, Eagle Mountain. Jeff, licensed contractor with expertise in industrial and commercial buildings, has overseen projects, and various ground-up constructions.
We focus on assisting facility, property managers and maintenance teams with their daily operations, self-performing all aspects of concrete,, metal stud/drywall, small carpentry, and structural engineering/design, which allows to effectively control costs and meet our customers' needs promptly.
